The six sections of the check screen

  1. Zaman ve kilometre (Time and mileage): at return, the handover mileage and distance driven are shown; return mileage cannot be lower than at handover.
  2. Yakıt (Fuel): choose the level on an 8-segment gauge, or charge level for electric vehicles. At return, the handover level is pre-marked.
  3. Fotoğraflar (Photos): six guided angles (front, rear, left, right, interior, dashboard) plus close-ups of damage. On a phone, tapping a box opens the camera.
  4. Hasar şeması (Damage diagram): tap the vehicle drawing where the damage is, then choose the type (scratch, dent, crack, missing part, other) and add a short note.
  5. Kontrol listesi (Checklist): keys, spare key, registration, insurance certificate, spare wheel, jack, warning triangle, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit, mats, child seat and cables. The operations note is here too.
  6. Müşteri onayı (Customer approval): the signer's name and a finger signature on screen.

If photos, fuel, mileage or the signature are missing, Onayla (Confirm) shows a single warning; Yine de onayla (Confirm anyway) lets you continue.

What is compared at return

  • Damage recorded at handover appears on the diagram with a grey T; you only mark new damage.
  • An accessory present at handover but unticked at return is highlighted in red as Teslimde vardı (Present at handover).
  • The summary in the reservation details flags new damage, missing accessories and low fuel on return.
  • Teslim ve iadeyi karşılaştır (Compare handover and return) shows photos from the same angle and both damage diagrams side by side.

Share the report with the customer

The Tutanak (Report) button on the check card opens a one-page PDF for the customer: Yazdır (Print), WhatsApp'ta paylaş (Share on WhatsApp) or PDF indir (Download PDF).

Early or late handover and return

Handover and return record only the actual moment; the contract dates and price are not changed automatically. The difference is shown on screen; if needed, open the reservation and update the dates and amount yourself. Future times cannot be chosen, and a return cannot be earlier than the recorded handover.

The timeline in the reservation details compares planned and actual times; a difference under 15 minutes shows as Zamanında (On time).
