Unlimited users and branches
- The limit on users and branches has been removed for all new and existing companies. Pricing depends only on the number of vehicles.
A redesigned reservation screen and reservation pages with their own address
- Reservation details, creation and editing now open on their own page: the link can be shared and the back button and refresh work. Filters on Customers and Reports are kept when you open a reservation and come back.
- A single “rental period” calendar: two months on desktop plus Today/Tomorrow and 1–30 day quick buttons. The calendar shows the number of available vehicles for each day.
- Vehicle selection with cards: search by plate or category, available counts on category chips, and “Available” and “Booked on these dates” groups.
- Price on one line as “Daily rate × Duration = Total”; the step indicator shows how many required fields are missing in each step.
- A Created → Handover → Return timeline in the reservation details: planned and actual time with the difference, such as “On time” or “2 hours late”.
- Status badges now match the operation: a reservation not yet handed over shows “Handover overdue” and one not yet returned shows “Return overdue”.
- Mobile quick booking: the details page opens after saving, with a payment card, total and Save in a fixed bottom bar, and the last channel remembered.
Fill from document: driving licences and foreign ID cards
- Licences from Türkiye, EU countries, the UK and other countries using the numbered-field layout, plus foreign ID fronts with English labels, can now be read.
- Passport names are taken from the printed page and marked “Verified” when they match the machine-readable lines; passports photographed at an angle are read too.
- Photo zoom in the file viewer: pinch on a phone, scroll wheel or buttons on a computer.
Customer card, blacklist and fill from document
- Fill from document: passports, Turkish and Northern Cyprus IDs and Northern Cyprus licences are read on the device from a photo; the photos are added to the person's documents.
- Customers page redesigned: a customer card that slides in, all rentals, a filter for expired or expiring licences, and search by ID number, licence number and plate.
- Customer blacklist: added with a reason; reservations show a red warning and, if you continue, the justification is stored on the reservation.
- Customer selection in reservations: search by name, phone, ID and licence number that ignores Turkish letter differences, a matching-person warning and completing missing details from the form.
- Thousands separators in amount fields, a “Fully collected” button and a “Was payment received?” prompt when saving without a payment.
Northern Cyprus Z permit tracking and country-based regulation settings
- Z rental permit portfolio: assign, release and cancel permits, store the permit document, renewal reminders and a transfer counter for idle permits.
- Regulation settings follow the company's country; the “At risk” label now also appears, with its reason, in the reservation form and quick assignment.
Digital handover/return report and file attachments
- Handover/return report: six guided photo angles, mileage and fuel, damage diagram, checklist, customer signature and PDF.
- Vehicle documents, customer ID/licence/passport images and maintenance and expense receipts stored in the record; role-based access, automatic deletion of identity images after 5 years and an access log.
- Settings > Storage: usage breakdown, files left from deleted records, largest files and an automatic rule that shrinks old reservation photos.
- Commission payment tracking: due date, payment date, method and reference, with a company-wide default due-date rule.
One-way fees, VAT tracking and 2027 regulation readiness
- Location types (airport, hotel/address) and a one-way fee suggestion added in one click when the return is in a different area.
- VAT included / excluded / exempt on reservations, the commission recipient and the booking channel.
- Türkiye 2027 readiness: vehicle age and mileage limits, maximum deposit, deposit refund date and a pending refunds report.
