Your team does not need to watch a map: RentOkey compares tracking data with reservations, handovers, returns and branches and shows only what needs action.
Every night the previous day is checked: vehicles that drove more than the threshold (5 km by default) outside reservations, or had the ignition on at night, are listed; the team closes each with Açıkla (Explain) and a reason.
The tracker's suggestion and a Kullan (Use) button appear under the mileage field. If the value entered differs clearly, you are warned before confirming, so misread odometers are caught.
During a rental, distance since handover is shown with an allowance bar when there is a mileage limit: orange at 80%, red at 100%. After return it is compared with the odometer difference.
The fleet list shows each vehicle's last data and branch region or "Off site"; a device sending no data shows as "no data". Filter by At branch / Off site / No data.
If a rented vehicle appears back at the branch, a "has it been returned?" suggestion appears. If a handover is less than 2 hours away and the vehicle is not at the branch, the suggestion moves up.
Konumu göster (Show location) opens the address and a map link; location is not stored in the app. Every view is logged with user and time, and only administrators, branch managers and the technical team can see it.
The System Administrator runs the wizard from Ayarlar > Entegrasyonlar > Araç takip sistemi (Settings > Integrations > Vehicle tracking system); Arvento grants read-only access.
Send the ready-made text in the wizard to your Arvento representative to request read-only web service access, then enter the username and PIN. Credentials are verified and stored encrypted.
Choose the Arvento group containing your rental vehicles; devices match your vehicles by plate automatically and you link the rest by hand.
Link Arvento regions to your branches and enter today's odometer readings; mileage suggestions start without waiting for the first handover.
Tracking data never changes a record on its own: the mileage field is not filled automatically, returns are not recorded automatically and movement records stay open until the team explains them. If Arvento cannot be reached, handovers and returns continue normally.
The mileage suggestion at handover and return goes into the same report as photos, the damage diagram and the signature; excess mileage is added to the bill in one click.
Arvento is supported today. Your vehicles need Arvento devices and read-only web service access from Arvento; the setup wizard gives you ready-made text for the request.
