Quick maintenance record

Logs completed maintenance on a single screen. The date defaults to today; the cost can be 0 but not negative.

Maintenance process: plan, check in, complete

  1. Create the job with Bakım süreci planla (Plan maintenance process); it starts as Planlandı (Planned). If the vehicle has reservations on those dates, the customer and dates are shown as a warning.
  2. When the vehicle goes in, record the actual time with Servise girdi (Checked in); the vehicle shows as Serviste (In service).
  3. On Bakımı tamamla (Complete maintenance), enter the completion time, mileage, actual cost, next service and work done. The vehicle is available again from the completion time you enter.

A job in service cannot be cancelled directly; enter the completion details first. Estimated costs never count as expenses; only a positive actual cost goes to Expenses.

Mileage checks

Record the current odometer reading with + Bakım ekle > Kilometre kontrolü gir (Add mileage check) or Kilometre güncelle (Update mileage) on the vehicle page. Mileage entered at handover and return is added to the history too. The upcoming maintenance list considers the next service date and mileage together; jobs within 30 days or 1,000 km are highlighted.

Service documents

While editing a maintenance record, add service invoices, photos of replaced parts and other files in Servis belgeleri (Service documents).
