Customer records
Find the right customer and spot the risky one.
Customer and driver records, the reservation form and the Customers page share the same data. ID and licence details are optional and can be completed later.
Smart customer selection in bookings
Search that ignores Turkish letter differences, with keyboard selection. The selected customer's licence status, missing details and last rental appear on the card.
Blacklist
System Administrators and Branch Managers blacklist a customer with a reason. Reservations show a red warning; if you continue, the justification is stored on the reservation.
Licence expiry alerts
Licences that have expired, expire within 30 days or expire before the return are flagged on the card and in the list, with an “expired / expiring licence” filter.
Duplicate warnings
A new customer with the same name, or a matching ID, licence or phone number, triggers a warning. When adding a driver who is already a customer, the system tells you.
Rental history and documents
All of the customer's rentals, including those as driver, rentals missing a signed contract and ID/licence/passport images on the same card.
From booking to customer record
Creating a customer is not a separate job.
When you type a new name in a reservation, the record is created with the booking. The team never has to decide “saved or new” separately.
Find or type the customer
Search by name, phone, ID or licence number; otherwise type them with “+ New customer” or fill from a document.
See the warnings
Licence status, missing details, a matching person and blacklist warnings appear on the selected customer's card.
Complete what is missing
With “Complete details”, write the missing phone, ID, licence number and expiry date to the customer record without leaving the reservation.
Drivers follow the same pattern.
A customer's saved drivers are suggested first in reservations and shown with their licence status. If the customer drives the vehicle, the licence is kept on the customer record; no separate driver record is needed.

The blacklist does not block the reservation; it shows a red warning. To continue, a justification is written and stored on the reservation. Only System Administrators and Branch Managers can add or remove customers from the blacklist.
