Operation cards

  • Bugünkü operasyon (Today's operation): only today's handovers and returns, and how many minutes until the first one.
  • Teslim / İade (Handover / Return): all handovers and returns, including upcoming days and overdue ones.
  • Filo durumu (Fleet status): vehicles on rent, available and in maintenance.
  • Riskler (Risks): conflicting and unassigned reservations; assign quickly from here with Uygun araç ata (Assign a suitable vehicle).
  • Belge süreleri (Document deadlines): expired and upcoming vehicle documents.
  • Önerilen odak (Recommended Focus): the number of non-repeating suggestions; clicking scrolls to the section on the right.

Reservation timeline

Each row is a vehicle and each column a day. Blue is on rent, green upcoming, grey finished and red a conflict. There are 7 gün / 14 gün / Ay (7 days / 14 days / Month) views, plate/model search, class and status filters and a full-screen button; vehicles are grouped by class and each group header shows its occupancy.

  • Clicking a bar opens the reservation details; edit with Düzenle (Edit) there.
  • Click and drag across empty cells to start a new reservation for that vehicle and those dates.
  • On desktop, drag a bar onto another vehicle row to move the reservation; suitable rows turn green and unsuitable ones red. For 8 seconds after moving, Geri al (Undo) reverses it.

Recommended Focus does not repeat records shown in the cards above. It shows missing or partial payments, and back-to-back rentals of the same vehicle with less than 30 minutes between them or different return and handover locations. The location risk is calculated only when both locations were actually entered; the system makes no assumptions about empty fields.

Operation Centre on a phone

  • Sıradaki işlemler (Next actions): swipeable cards with today's and overdue handovers/returns, risks, document deadlines and unpaid balances, each with a main action such as Teslim et (Hand over), Teslim al (Take back) or Uygun araç ata (Assign a suitable vehicle).
  • Hızlı işlemler (Quick actions): the same numbers as the desktop cards; tapping opens a list from the bottom.
  • 4 günlük operasyon (4-day operation): today's and the next three days' work in one priority-ordered list.
  • In the bottom bar, Planlama (Planning) opens the timeline and the central Ekle (Add) opens a new reservation.

The home screen depends on your role: for example, the Technical & Operations role sees a vehicle, maintenance and document summary instead of reservations.
