Timeline colours
In the home screen timeline each row is a vehicle and each column a day. Blue is on rent, green upcoming, grey finished and red a clash; navy with a repeat icon is a monthly rental. A red bar means two reservations on the same vehicle overlap.
Assign a suitable vehicle
- Open the Riskler (Risks) card on the home screen.
- For a clash, both customers are shown; choose the reservation you want to move.
- Up to three free vehicles in the requested category are shown first. Free vehicles from other categories appear in a separate group marked Farklı kategori (Different category).
- Tap a plate; the assignment is saved straight away.
Suggestions exclude vehicles with a reservation or service record on those dates. Choosing a vehicle from another category does not silently change the reservation's requested category. If no safe vehicle exists, you are offered the option to change the dates or category.
Move a reservation to another vehicle
- Desktop: drag the reservation bar to another vehicle row. A suitable row is marked in green with BURAYA TAŞI (Move here); an unsuitable one turns red with the reason.
- Tablet and phone: open the reservation and use Aracı değiştir (Change vehicle) to pick one of the suitable vehicles.
After a move, Geri al (Undo) in the notification shown for 8 seconds returns the reservation to its previous vehicle.
On a phone
On a phone, Uygun araç ata on the Sıradaki işlemler (Next actions) cards opens the same quick picker. Saatleri düzenle (Edit times) on a clash card first asks which customer's times to change. Use the Planlama (Planning) tab in the bottom bar to see the full plan.
