Sign up

  1. Enter your name, email and password on the free trial page or via Hesap oluştur (Create account) on the app.rentokey.com sign-in screen.
  2. Click the confirmation link in your email, then press Hesabımı onayla (Confirm my account) on the page that opens. This extra step stops corporate email security scanners from opening the link and confirming the account on your behalf.
  3. Sign in once your account is confirmed.

You can also use your Google account. Google ile devam et (Continue with Google) creates your account on first sign-in; no password or email confirmation is needed.

Create your company

  1. On the Yeni firma (New company) tab, enter your company name and approximate fleet size. Fleet size sets your starting package and how many vehicles you can add; there is no limit on users or branches.
  2. Choose the Ülke (Country: Türkiye or Northern Cyprus) and Firma saat dilimi (Company time zone). Daylight saving changes in Northern Cyprus are applied automatically.
  3. Select Örnek filoyla keşfet (Explore with a sample fleet) or Kendi verilerimle başla (Start with my own data).
  4. Press Çalışma alanını oluştur (Create workspace). Tapping an option card alone does not create the company, so you can review your details first.

The workspace opens immediately, with no approval step, and your 21-day trial starts. All features are available during the trial.

Sample fleet or your own data?

The sample fleet sets up a ready-made scenario with 8 vehicles and 8 reservations: handover and return tasks, a reservation without a vehicle, a document alert, a service downtime, an expense, a maintenance record and payments. It is the quickest way to try the product without touching real data.

When you move to your own data, the System Administrator removes the sample records with Demo verilerini temizle (Clear demo data). It sits in the bottom-right shortcut on desktop and tablet, and in the Menü (Menu) panel on phones.

Join an existing company

Enter the 8-digit invitation code from your company administrator on the Davet koduyla katıl (Join with invitation code) tab. If you received a link, opening it fills in the code for you, and you can also join through the link with your Google account.

Forgotten password

Use Şifremi unuttum (Forgot my password) on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link. On the page the link opens, press Şifremi sıfırla (Reset my password) to set a new password.
