Trial period
During the trial, an orange bar at the top of the app shows the end date and days remaining; the same information is in Abonelik (Subscription) under Ayarlar > Firma (Settings > Company). A reminder email is sent a few days before the trial ends.
Start your subscription
In-app payment is not available yet. To start your subscription, contact us during the trial via the contact form or at hello@rentokey.com, and our team will activate it. See package prices on the pricing page.
When the trial ends
If the trial ends without an active subscription, the company switches to read-only mode and a red warning bar appears at the top:
- New vehicles, reservations, expenses or maintenance records cannot be added, and existing records cannot be changed.
- You can still export your data to Excel with Dışa aktar (Export).
- You can still manage your team under Ayarlar > Ekip (Settings > Team).
As soon as the subscription is activated, the company returns to normal; no data is lost.

For problems while using the app, write to support@rentokey.com; the Destek (Support) row under Ayarlar > Hesap (Settings > Account) opens a new email to that address. For purchasing, packages and product information, use hello@rentokey.com.
