Create an invitation
- Open Ayarlar > Ekip (Settings > Team).
- Create an invitation code or send an email invitation; either way, choose the role and, if needed, the branch.
- Share the code or link. The invitee joins your company via Davet koduyla katıl (Join with invitation code).
If an email invitation did not arrive, you do not need a new code: use the resend icon on the pending invitation row to send the same invitation again.
Before choosing a role, the Roller ne görebilir? (What can each role see?) link on the Team screen summarises every role's access. You can change a member's role or branch, or remove them, from the same screen later.
Roles
| Role | Who it is for | Access |
|---|---|---|
| Sistem Yöneticisi (System Administrator) | Owner or manager | All pages and settings; invites and manages the team |
| Şube Müdürü (Branch Manager) | Branch lead | Operations, fleet, maintenance, expenses and reports for their own branch; Account and Team in Settings |
| Saha / Müşteri Temsilcisi (Field / Customer Representative) | Staff handling handovers and returns | Create and edit reservations and customers; fleet view only; no expenses, maintenance or management reports |
| Teknik & Operasyon (Technical & Operations) | Maintenance and fleet staff | Full maintenance access, vehicle details and downtime records; reservation and financial data hidden |
| B2B / Kurumsal Ortak (B2B / Corporate Partner) | Agency or corporate partner | Only reservations they created; sees fleet availability by category, without customer names or prices |
Pages missing from a role's menu are not merely hidden; access is also enforced at the data level.
Branch scope
A Branch Manager sees only their own branch's records, and their report scope cannot be changed. If a Branch Manager has no branch assigned, company-wide reports stay closed for security; assign the branch under Ayarlar > Ekip (Settings > Team). The System Administrator defines branches under Ayarlar > Şubeler (Settings > Branches).
