Suggestion types
Pilot collects signals such as transfer risk, maintenance conflicts, upcoming monthly renewals, price anomalies, nearly full occupancy, unusual expenses, cross-branch vehicle transfer opportunities, free upgrade opportunities when a class is full, handovers/returns clustered at the same hour and mileage imbalance in one list. It does not repeat what the Risks and Document deadlines panels on the home screen already show. A financial impact is shown only when it can actually be calculated.
Apply, dismiss, undo
- Transfer risk, maintenance conflict, branch transfer: Uygula (Apply) opens the vehicle assignment screen; the reservation is updated when you confirm.
- Price anomaly: Fiyatı düzenle (Edit price) opens the reservation form at the daily rate field; the category reference price does not change.
- Monthly renewal and class upgrade: these need a conversation with the customer; Uygula (Apply) marks the suggestion as a to-do and it shows as a badge in the reservation details. No automatic customer message is sent.
- Clustering risk: generated only for branches where you set an hourly handover capacity under Ayarlar > Şubeler (Settings > Branches); no time is changed automatically.
- Reddet (Dismiss) removes a suggestion after you choose a reason. Geri al (Undo) reverses an applied suggestion.
A suggestion you have applied or dismissed never appears again.
Pilot performance
Once you have decided on at least one suggestion, a section below the list shows your acceptance rate, conflicts prevented and estimated revenue protected by category; these amounts are estimates. For upgrade suggestions, a GERÇEKLEŞEN (Actual) block also shows whether the customer really accepted.
