Step by step

  1. Add up to 4 photos with Fotoğraf çek (Take photo, the camera on a phone) or Dosyadan seç (Choose file); rotate with Döndür (Rotate) if needed and press Oku (Read).
  2. Review the details on the check form. If the documents show different names (for example a married surname on the licence), choose the right one from the list.
  3. If the ID/passport or licence number matches a saved person, you are warned. Kayıtlı müşteriyi kullan (Use saved customer) fills only that person's empty fields.
  4. In the reservation form, Müşteriyi oluştur (Create customer) saves the record and selects it; in the customer form, Forma aktar (Fill form) only fills the form and Kaydet (Save) creates the record.

The photos are added automatically to the person's Belgeler (Documents) as passport, ID card or driving licence.

What the badges mean

  • Doğrulandı (Verified, green): the machine-readable check digits matched, the same value was read on two documents, or the card's own structure confirmed it.
  • Okundu (Read, grey): read from one source and the format is correct.
  • Okundu, kontrol edin (Read, please check, orange): read from one source and could not be verified; take a look. A name read from a single document falls here because the I/İ distinction can be lost.

The badge disappears when you correct a field.

Which documents are read

  • Passports from every country: the photo page, with the two machine-readable lines visible.
  • Turkish and new Northern Cyprus ID cards: the back (machine-readable lines) and the front for the correctly spelled Turkish name. For old Northern Cyprus IDs, front and back.
  • Driving licences: Northern Cyprus licences and licences with numbered fields (1. surname, 2. first name, 5. number, 9. category) from Türkiye, EU countries, the UK and other countries using that layout.
  • Front of foreign ID cards: fields labelled in English (or German, Dutch, Portuguese, French).

Tips for a good read

Photograph the document flat, without glare and filling the frame. The reading files (about 10 MB) are downloaded once on first use.
