Online sales readiness check

Settings › Integrations › Satış kanalları (Sales channels) is visible only to the System Administrator. The card checks the following; sample fleet vehicles do not count:

  • Real vehicles in the fleet, vehicle categories and vehicle features (transmission, fuel, seats, doors, luggage).
  • Category prices and vehicle class codes.
  • At least one pickup point marked as airport or office, and the details of those locations (address, opening hours, meeting instructions and, at an airport, the airport code).
  • Rental terms and company contact details (legal name, tax number, address, phone, email).
  • Optional: extras, and season and long-rental prices. If you do not use them, they do not lower the percentage.

Vehicle classes

Marketplaces list vehicles by category rather than one by one, using a 4-letter international class code (ACRISS: class, body, transmission, fuel; for example EDMD = Economy · 4-5 doors · Manual · Diesel) and a sample model such as "Fiat Egea or similar". Each category row shows an Öneri (Suggestion) calculated from your fleet; Önerileri uygula (Apply suggestions) fills in every category without a code in one go and never changes a code you entered. You can also type the code yourself; its meaning appears below it in Turkish.

Locations

Your airport and office pickup points are listed under "Satışa açık lokasyonlar" (Locations open for sale); each row shows "Tamam" (Complete) or how many details are missing. Click a row to enter the address, location (coordinates or a Google Maps link), airport code (for example ECN, AYT) and whether handover is in the terminal or by shuttle, location phone, weekly opening hours (with a "7/24 açık" (open 24/7) shortcut), out-of-hours handover and its fee, and the meeting instructions shown to the customer. Lokasyon ekle (Add location) creates a new pickup point here too. Hotel/address pickup points are not shown as locations on marketplaces.

Rental terms

Enter the conditions marketplaces show under every listing once, in the Firma şartları (Company terms) form: fuel policy, driver age and young driver fee, minimum licence years, additional driver fee, deposit, the damage excess of the included insurance, optional full cover, the cancellation rule (free cancellation period, the charge after it, the no-show charge) and cross-border travel. Müşteriye görünecek özet (Summary shown to the customer) below the form shows the text instantly. Enter values that differ by category (for example deposit and minimum age for Luxury) in the Kategoriye göre farklı olanlar (Different by category) table; an empty cell uses the company value.

Extras

Define services that can be added to a reservation, such as a child seat or navigation, with a price (per day or per rental, with an optional cap), stock quantity and on/off sale status; the "Sık sunulanlar" (Commonly offered) chips add them quickly. Additional driver and full cover are defined under Rental terms, not here. If you do not offer extras, you can leave this screen empty.

Bookings from marketplaces

Mark a channel as Pazar yeri (Marketplace) in the Reservation channel list under Settings › Rental definitions › Form seçenekleri (Form options), for example Yolcu360. When that channel is chosen, the reservation shows fields for the channel booking number and the amount prepaid on the channel; requests that are not yet confirmed can be saved as Onay bekliyor (Pending approval).
