Category price and vehicle-specific price

You enter one reference daily rate for each of the eight vehicle categories (Economy, Mid-size, Full-size, SUV, Luxury, Electric, Commercial/Minivan, Other). When you change a category price it applies to every vehicle in that category; you do not need to update vehicles one by one.

To give a vehicle its own price, click the arrow to the left of the category row: the vehicles in that category open, each with its own price field (the same field is also in the vehicle form under Fleet). A vehicle with its own price always uses it; the category row shows a badge with how many vehicles have their own price.

Seasons, weekends and long rentals

In this section below the category prices you define rules applied to the daily rates as percentages:

  • Sezonlar (Seasons): a date range and a percentage (for example Summer 1 Jul – 31 Aug +30%; use a minus sign for a discount). With Her yıl tekrarla (Repeat every year) the year is ignored, and ranges that cross the new year such as 20 Dec – 5 Jan work too. If two seasons fall on the same day, the higher one applies.
  • Hafta sonu (Weekend): which days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday by default) and a percentage; one rule only.
  • Uzun kiralama indirimi (Long-rental discount): a discount by number of days (for example 7–13 days 10%, 14+ days 15%); the tier that best fits the rental length is applied to the total price.

You can switch a rule off temporarily by unticking Etkin (Active), or delete it with the ✕ on its row. In the Dene (Try) box at the bottom, choose a category, handover date and number of days to see the suggested daily rate and which rules were applied.

Suggested rate in the reservation form

In a new reservation, the daily rate is filled in automatically when you choose a vehicle. For daily rentals, if season, weekend or long-rental rules exist, the suggested rate is calculated with them and the reason is shown under the field (for example "Summer +30% (3 days), 7+ days −10%"); it updates when the dates or duration change. A rate you type yourself is never overwritten. See Create a reservation.

One-way fees

In the Tek yön ücretleri (One-way fees) section at the bottom of the tab you set a fee for a pair of regions such as "Airport ↔ City centre"; one fee applies in both directions. If the two directions really need different prices, add the reverse direction as a separate row; it is shown with a "(yönlü)" (directional) label. Region names are suggested from the Region labels of your pickup points.

A one-way fee is never added to a reservation automatically: when the handover and return regions differ, it appears as a one-click suggestion in the Finance panel and on the Rezervasyon ekle (Add reservation) screen.
