Who can use it

The Notifications tab is shown to System Administrators and Branch Managers. A System Administrator sees all of the company's branches; a Branch Manager sees only their own branch. A Branch Manager without an assigned branch does not receive the summary; the System Administrator assigns the branch under Ayarlar > Ekip ve şubeler > Ekip (Settings > Team and branches > Team).

Save your number

  1. Open Ayarlar > Hesabım > Bildirimler (Settings > My account > Notifications).
  2. Choose your country (Türkiye and Northern Cyprus are at the top) and type your number with its area code, for example 0532 123 45 67. If you paste an international number such as one starting with +44, the country is selected automatically.
  3. Check the number to be saved, shown below the field; an invalid number shows a red warning, and a number that looks like a landline shows an orange one.
  4. With Günlük özeti gönder (Send daily summary) ticked, press Kaydet (Save). Saving means you agree to receive notifications on this number.

Everyone can only enter their own number; nobody can save a number on another user's behalf.

What the summary includes

  • Today's handovers and today's returns
  • Overdue returns
  • Open balance: its value in Turkish lira and how many reservations it covers

Cancelled, draft and sample records are not counted. The message arrives around 08:00 every morning (Türkiye time; 07:00 in Northern Cyprus during winter time).

Test message and delivery status

Deneme mesajı gönder (Send test message) sends today's summary straight away; you can send up to 3 tests a day. The Son gönderimler (Recent messages) list shows the status of the last 5 messages: awaiting delivery, delivered to the phone, read, or not sent with the reason. The result updates by itself within a few seconds.
